**Job Title: Manager, Recuperative Care Unit**
The Manager will be responsible for the daily operations, certification processes, and policy formulation for the Recuperative Care Unit, ensuring that care quality meets high standards. This role includes directing staff, overseeing program budgets, and coordinating patient intake and discharge procedures in accordance with Medicaid and 1115 Waiver guidelines. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, or a related discipline, while a Master’s degree or relevant clinical licensure is preferred. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare administration or social services is essential, including at least 2 years in a management position.
