Job description
**Job Title: Manager of Spiritual Care**
The Manager of Spiritual Care is tasked with guiding, directing, and providing expertise in spiritual wellness, clinical care, and ethical considerations for patients, their families, and healthcare staff. This role includes oversight of departmental operations, supervision of chaplains, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee exceptional spiritual support. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Theology, Divinity, or a closely related discipline, along with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience. Additionally, candidates must either be certified or eligible for certification as a Board-Certified Chaplain and have completed 2-4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).
