**Job Title: Supplier Performance Manager**
In this position, you will lead initiatives focused on supplier preparedness, recovery, and enhancement by engaging on-site to address limitations and confirm production capacity. The manager will utilize Lean methodologies and partner with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee lasting operational efficiency and process consistency. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, supplier development, or operations. Furthermore, a background of at least 3 years in production processes, capacity modeling, and operational diagnostics is essential.
