Job Summary
The role involves overseeing the comprehensive product backlog for the Lighthouse platform, which entails drafting specifications, establishing acceptance criteria, and organizing release schedules. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, is essential to incorporate predictive models and agentic functionalities into clinical processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the product backlog for the Lighthouse platform.
- Craft detailed specifications and develop acceptance criteria for various products.
- Plan and coordinate releases effectively.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to integrate advanced predictive models.
- Facilitate the integration of agentic capabilities into established clinical workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of product management experience in software delivery for operational or clinical personnel.
- Proven strong skills in written communication.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and practices.
- Ability to establish, track, and interpret success metrics related to product performance.
