Job description
**Manufacturing Associate**
The Manufacturing Associate plays a key role in the production, packaging, and quality inspection of products while managing different types of machinery. This position requires involvement in ongoing improvement initiatives and participation in daily accountability sessions. Applicants should be able to lift weights up to 50 lbs and have fundamental math skills, alongside effective communication in English. Prior experience in manufacturing and a high school diploma or GED are advantageous.
