Job Summary
The role involves spearheading the launch of innovative electronic and electromechanical products into manufacturing processes while providing ongoing support to production operations. Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of new electronic and electromechanical products into production settings.
- Support manufacturing operations to ensure seamless production flows.
- Drive initiatives for process enhancements and optimizations.
- Conduct investigations to identify root causes of production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must meet the qualifications of a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR regulations.
