Job Summary
The Roaming Property Manager is tasked with daily travel to multiple locations to facilitate operations related to leasing, collecting rent, and ensuring adherence to affordable housing programs. This role involves upholding property standards, addressing resident concerns, and overseeing maintenance and vendor operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site visits to manage and support property operations.
- Oversee the leasing process and ensure effective rent collection.
- Ensure compliance with relevant affordable housing regulations.
- Maintain high property standards and resolve inquiries from residents.
- Supervise maintenance work and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing affordable housing properties.
- Proficient in using Real Page Onesite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of fair housing laws and regulations.
