Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in enhancing production efficiency and quality. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing operations.
- Analyze production metrics to assess efficiency and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel on new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing systems.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
