Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in enhancing manufacturing processes and improving product quality. This position involves designing, implementing, and assessing manufacturing systems to optimize efficiency while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Utilize data analysis to monitor performance metrics and propose enhancements.
- Provide technical support for production issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and tools, with a focus on lean manufacturing concepts.
- Proficient in the use of CAD software and other engineering applications.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
