Manufacturing Engineer II

Job description

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer II plays a significant role in enhancing manufacturing processes and ensuring quality standards are met throughout production. This position involves collaborating with various teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation in manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide solutions.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
  • Support the introduction of new products by ensuring processes are scalable and efficient.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production problems and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in teams.
