Job description
The Manufacturing Operator plays a key role in managing equipment operations, assembling products, and conducting quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. This position requires the accurate maintenance of production documentation, adherence to safety protocols, and active involvement in continuous improvement efforts. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with the physical capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs and remain on their feet throughout their shift. Prior experience in manufacturing is favored, as well as basic computer proficiency and familiarity with measuring tools.
