**Manufacturing Operator**
The Manufacturing Operator plays a key role in the operation of machinery, product inspection, and executing assembly and packaging duties in alignment with established specifications. This position entails keeping precise production records and engaging in ongoing improvement initiatives to help achieve the company’s objectives. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and be capable of handling physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and remaining on their feet throughout the shift. A year of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, as well as skills in basic mathematics, data entry, and familiarity with measurement tools.
