**Manufacturing Quality Specialist**
The Manufacturing Quality Specialist is tasked with overseeing production lines to make certain they adhere to established specifications while conducting regular audits of manufacturing processes. This role involves detecting and isolating any non-conforming materials, recording defects, and engaging in investigations to identify root causes as well as verifying rework efforts. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for those holding an associate degree or technical certification. A background of one to three years in quality inspection or manufacturing is essential, along with the capability to understand blueprints and technical specifications.
