This position entails the development of operational systems, oversight of supply chain operations, and leadership of production teams to guarantee efficient and high-caliber outcomes. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a comparable discipline, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations. A proven ability in project management and expertise in creating structured production environments are essential for this role.
