Job Summary
The role involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery process of optical communication terminal projects, from initial award to production and on-orbit testing. The position serves as the main point of contact for customers and requires management of various cross-functional teams, supply chain partners, and program budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of optical communication terminal programs.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and supply chain stakeholders.
- Oversee financial aspects of the program, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Manage the production and on-orbit checkout phases of the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in space, aerospace, or photonics hardware projects.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex hardware at a competitive pace.
- Must possess U.S. Person status for compliance with ITAR regulations.
