Job description
Participants will take part in a comprehensive six-month development initiative aimed at enhancing their knowledge in sales operations, effective customer engagement, and leadership at the frontline. They will play a crucial role in driving market expansion through activities such as merchandising, managing inventory, and fostering positive relationships with both customers and team members. Candidates should be recent graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline. Additionally, a valid driver’s license is required, along with the capability to secure a DOT medical card and the physical stamina to carry out tasks in the field.
