Job Summary
The Marketing Representative plays a crucial role in implementing casino promotions and events, as well as managing bus patron activities. This position also involves providing assistance at both the Marketing Center and the Box Office, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and support related to their experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of casino events and promotions.
- Manage bus patron activities and related operations.
- Support activities at the Marketing Center and Box Office.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.
- Educate guests regarding loyalty programs available at the casino.
- Perform light clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to obtain the necessary state gaming and beverage service licenses.
