Job Summary

The Senior Manager will be responsible for directing the field marketing strategy, enhancing retail sales capabilities, and implementing advocacy initiatives aimed at boosting sell-out results among North American retail partners. This position acts as the main business owner for third-party field marketing agencies, ensuring effective program execution, managing budget distributions, and monitoring performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead field marketing strategies to enhance performance across retail partners.
• Oversee sales enablement efforts to support retail operations.
• Implement and manage advocacy programs to drive brand engagement.
• Act as the coordinator for third-party agencies to ensure successful program execution.
• Monitor and manage budget allocations effectively.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in field marketing, retail sales, or channel management.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and vendor management.
• Experience in retail operations is essential.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
