Job description
The MDS Coordinator will oversee care management by collaborating with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care. This role involves reviewing charts and care plans to verify that documentation aligns with reimbursement standards and adheres to Medicare and Medicaid requirements. Applicants must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR certification, and a minimum of three years of experience in the MDS Coordinator position. Expertise in MS Office and a solid grasp of Medicare and managed care regulations are essential.
