This role involves reviewing charts and care plans to verify that documentation aligns with reimbursement standards and adheres to Medicare and Medicaid requirements. Applicants must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR certification, and a minimum of three years of experience in the MDS Coordinator position. Expertise in MS Office and a solid grasp of Medicare and managed care regulations are essential.
