Job Summary
The Unit Director will manage the Invasive Cardiology department around the clock, guaranteeing exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive work environment. This role entails supervising clinical operations, recruiting and nurturing staff, managing the budget, and executing evidence-based quality improvement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the 24-hour management of the Invasive Cardiology department.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.

- Handle budget management for the department.
- Implement evidence-based quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive leadership experience required.
- Current Registered Nurse license is mandatory.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- A Master’s degree (MSN or equivalent) is necessary, with specific enrollment stipulations if not obtained at the time of employment.
