**Quality Manager**
The Quality Manager is responsible for managing the daily quality operations, which entails overseeing client build specifications, reviewing splice and testing processes, and handling closeout documentation. In addition, this position involves training team members, performing safety and vehicle inspections, and monitoring performance to maintain adherence to both company and client standards. Applicants should have over 3 years of experience in broadband or telecommunications and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and leadership capabilities. The role demands physical capability to work in diverse environments, including climbing ladders and traversing various terrains.
