**Job Title: Meat Manager**
The Meat Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the department, which encompasses production, marketing, and inventory control to achieve both financial performance and quality objectives. This role includes responsibilities for training team members, creating schedules, and providing coaching, all while ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Ideal candidates should possess a background in meat production, merchandising, and supervisory roles in a retail setting. The position necessitates the capability to perform physical tasks, oversee inventory management systems, and have a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
