The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in handling employee relations, performing investigations, and managing the complete employee life cycle, which encompasses recruitment and benefits administration. This position also entails the development of HR policies, backing performance management initiatives, and supervising the Human Resources Coordinator. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of generalist experience with a particular focus on employee relations and end-to-end recruitment processes. A bachelor’s degree or HR certification is highly regarded, and proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
