**Job Title: Meat & Seafood Manager**
The Meat & Seafood Manager is responsible for the daily management of department activities, which encompasses ordering, inventory management, and meat processing, all aimed at enhancing sales and profitability. In addition, this position involves the recruitment, training, and development of team members to maintain exceptional customer service standards and productivity levels. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in meat cutting within a grocery or restaurant environment, along with previous leadership roles. The role demands physical endurance, as it requires the ability to lift weights of up to 90 lbs, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
