Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional

The QIDP is responsible for spearheading the Individual Support Planning process and managing the execution of active treatment plans for residents. This role includes acting as a case manager and advocate, while also supervising direct care staff to uphold regulatory standards. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a human services discipline and be either certified or eligible for QIDP certification. A solid understanding of both state and federal residential regulations, as well as the capability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule, is essential.
