Job description
The Crew Leader will take charge of guiding, mentoring, and directing the production team to achieve daily objectives. This role includes overseeing inventory management, conducting audits, and upholding safety protocols while nurturing a collaborative and efficient workplace. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing setting, along with a solid grasp of Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S guidelines. Additionally, the position demands physical capability to lift weights of up to 50lbs as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
