Job Summary
This position is aimed at overseeing and managing mechanical assembly and integration tasks. The role involves directing technicians and assemblers to ensure adherence to engineering drawings, established procedures, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on mechanical assembly and integration efforts.
- Guide technicians and assemblers while ensuring tasks comply with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and multidisciplinary teams to address and resolve assembly issues.
- Manage workflow and resources effectively to optimize productivity.
- Document assembly processes and results for quality control.
- Support testing phases to validate assembled products.
- Propose and implement improvements to assembly procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of practical experience in mechanical assembly, integration, manufacturing, or relevant fieldwork.
- At least one year of experience in a leadership or coordination role within an assembly or production team.
- Capability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation accurately.
- Proficiency in using precision tools and inspection instruments.
- Understanding of mechanical interfaces and contamination control practices.
- Able to collaborate efficiently with various teams to achieve project objectives.
