Job description
The Senior HR Technology Solutions Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, and support of HR technology solutions, acting as a functional expert in Workday Benefits. This position collaborates with stakeholders to convert business requirements into efficient and scalable solutions, while maintaining data accuracy and optimizing system performance. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS or business systems, along with advanced knowledge of Workday Benefits. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, testing practices, and expertise in at least one other Workday functional area such as Payroll or Time Tracking is essential.
