Job description
**Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician**
In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production machinery and facility infrastructure at a journeyman level. You will work closely with both operations and maintenance teams to document and enhance maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license and the capability to acquire a forklift operator license. Candidates are preferred to have an associate or technical degree and a minimum of two years of experience in equipment maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
