Job Summary
The Operations & Finance Manager is tasked with managing profitability, monitoring cost efficiency, and ensuring effective cash flow, while driving cross-departmental collaboration. This role involves the implementation of operational systems, streamlining manual processes through automation, and serving as the operational representative for the founder.
Responsibilities
- Oversee profitability and manage cost control measures.
- Ensure optimal cash flow across the organization.
- Lead the execution of projects that involve multiple departments.
- Implement efficient operating systems and automate manual workflows.
- Act as the designated operational authority on behalf of the founder.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in operational leadership within a physical-product business.
- Strong skills in financial analysis and process improvement.
- Experience with AI automation tools is highly desirable.
- The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment led by a founder.
