Job Summary
The role involves the responsible management and safe storage of medications for residents, ensuring the upkeep of medication records and the cleanliness of the medication area. Additionally, it includes monitoring the overall health, safety, and comfort of residents, as well as providing assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents and ensure their proper storage.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records related to medications.
- Keep the medication room organized and hygienic.
- Monitor residents’ health and safety, promptly reporting any changes.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Preferably, candidates should have one year of experience in a healthcare setting, though training can be offered to suitable individuals.
