The Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to residents according to physician orders and care plans. They must also maintain accurate medical records and ensure the comfort, privacy, and dignity of all residents. Candidates must have completed Medication Technician training and possess at least six months of experience in a senior care or healthcare environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
