Job description
The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in assisting physicians through the collection of patient medical histories, measuring vital signs, and aiding in clinical assessments and procedures. Additionally, they handle EMR documentation, organize appointment scheduling, and facilitate lab and radiology requests. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with experience as a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant. Furthermore, a valid BLS certification and clinical knowledge in gastroenterology are necessary for this position.
