Job description
**Job Title: Medical Center Representative**
The Medical Center Representative oversees patient traffic, coordinates appointment scheduling, and ensures the accuracy of medical documentation. Their duties include managing insurance claims processing, addressing patient billing questions, and collecting payments. Applicants are required to have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of one year in customer service. Experience in a medical office setting is preferred, along with knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding.
