Job description
Job Title: Pain Management Provider
Responsibilities include delivering thorough evaluations and treatment for pain management to residents in nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Engage with interdisciplinary teams to formulate tailored care plans and assist in enhancing clinical protocols and strategies for growth within the organization. Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree, along with a currently valid and unrestricted medical license and DEA registration. Preference will be given to those who are board certified or eligible in Pain Management and have a background in geriatric or long-term care environments.
