The Medical Director will oversee clinical operations, set medical protocols, and guide associate veterinarians to guarantee exemplary patient care. In collaboration with hospital management, they will work towards promoting practice expansion, overseeing team performance, and cultivating a cooperative environment. Applicants must possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree and be qualified for an Ohio veterinary license. This position requires at least 3 years of veterinary leadership experience alongside proficient surgical capabilities.
