Job description
The Medical Director will play a pivotal role in delivering clinical guidance, performing soft tissue surgeries, and mentoring associate veterinarians to guarantee exceptional patient care. Collaboration with hospital leadership is essential to promote practice growth, advance strategic initiatives, and foster a positive team environment. Applicants should hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree and have an active or eligible Illinois veterinary license. Prior leadership or mentorship experience is advantageous, as are robust soft tissue surgical skills and a mindset focused on growth.
