Job description
The Medical Director is responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality of care while guiding associate veterinarians in achieving medical excellence. This role involves cultivating a positive, team-oriented environment and contributing to the growth and evolution of the hospital. Applicants should possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia. A preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of clinical experience, and prior leadership experience is advantageous.
