Job description
**Job Title: Behavior Intervention Specialist**
We are seeking individuals to develop and implement tailored behavior intervention strategies for children with autism, working closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves instructing children in communication, social interactions, and daily living skills while effectively addressing disruptive behaviors utilizing data-driven methodologies.
Candidates need to possess a high school diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years of age. Successful applicants should be prepared to undergo a background screening and acquire certifications in CPR, First Aid, and as a Registered Behavior Technician.
