Job description
**Job Title: Occupational Therapist**
Provide tailored occupational therapy services in the comfort of patients’ residences to enhance their independence and ensure safety. Track patient development, maintain clinical records, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must possess a valid Hawaii license as either an Occupational Therapist or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, along with dependable transportation for conducting home visits.
