Job Summary
The Medical Lab Assistant is integral to the laboratory team, primarily focused on collecting blood samples through skin punctures and overseeing the management of laboratory test requests along with patient registration. This role involves ensuring systematic organization of workspaces and facilitating clear communication among medical personnel and patients.
Responsibilities

- Handle laboratory test requisitions with accuracy.
- Manage patient registration processes efficiently.
- Keep work areas organized and clutter-free.
- Communicate effectively with both medical staff and patients to provide essential information.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational background is required.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations is necessary.
- A background in health-related or scientific fields, along with relevant laboratory experience, is preferred.
- National Phlebotomy Certification is highly sought after.
