Job description
The Medical Reviewer is responsible for assessing laboratory claims, Treatment Authorization Requests, and accompanying documentation to verify adherence to medical policies and coverage standards. This role requires collaboration with clinical and operational teams to address review inquiries and accurately record findings. Applicants should possess at least two years of experience as a laboratory technician, along with graduation from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program. A strong understanding of laboratory procedures, terminology, and the capability to interpret medical documentation is crucial.
