Job Title: Property Manager
The Property Manager’s primary duties include evaluating customer storage requirements, selling necessary supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness and security of the facility. Additionally, this role involves daily administrative responsibilities such as reconciling cash drawers, processing bank deposits, and overseeing customer payment transactions. Applicants are required to possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle for travel between various work sites. The position also demands the physical capability to lift weights up to 35 pounds and to carry out maintenance activities such as sweeping and mopping.
