Job Title: Medical Scribe
The Medical Scribe is tasked with delivering precise and prompt chart documentation for healthcare providers. This role involves noting patient histories, diagnoses, and test results in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), as well as supporting the completion of orders and subsequent care plans. Applicants should have prior experience in a clinical environment and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with the Epic EHR system is an advantage.
