Job description
**Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse delivers expert nursing care and directs the healthcare team by applying the nursing process alongside recognized standards. This role involves creating personalized care plans, tracking patient development, and facilitating efficient discharge planning while prioritizing patient safety. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of recent full-time equivalent experience in Critical Care, DOU, or SDU environments. Essential certifications include a California Registered Nurse License, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course.
