Job description
The medical scribe plays a crucial role in precisely recording medical appointments and procedures in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. In addition, they support the physician by facilitating patient flow and ensuring accurate coding for procedures and diagnoses. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience or training. A solid understanding of medical terminology, familiarity with EMR systems, and strong typing abilities are essential for this position.
