Job description
**Job Title: Medical Scribe**
Dutifully capture and record patient encounters as they happen, detailing medical history, examination findings, and treatment strategies in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Support the workflow by managing laboratory and radiology documentation and processing provider requests, all while upholding stringent HIPAA regulations. Applicants should possess either a Medical Assistant/Scribe certification or have at least one year of experience as an orthopedic scribe. A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting or back-office operations is required, and candidates must be adept at thriving in a dynamic clinic atmosphere.
