Job description
**Job Title: RN Clinician**
The RN Clinician is responsible for providing safe, effective, and autonomous nursing care, utilizing the Synergy Model for Patient Care to tailor treatment to individual patient needs. This role includes acting as a resource for fellow staff members, engaging in interdisciplinary team discussions, and thoroughly documenting patient care activities. Applicants must have a current Registered Nursing license in Georgia and either a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a minimum of 12 months of practice or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accompanied by 2 years of recent experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a requirement, and additional certifications may be needed based on departmental specifications.
