**Job Title: Communication Platforms Architect**
In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive architecture, setup, and operational efficiency of communication platforms, with a primary focus on the Zoom ecosystem. Your responsibilities will encompass the integration of communication data into internal systems, overseeing vendor partnerships, and enhancing the caller experience for both patients and partners. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in unified communications, telephony, or contact center systems, along with robust technical skills in APIs and data modeling. Candidates should exhibit an operational mindset, capable of managing intricate system configurations and engaging in cross-functional initiatives.
