Administer prescribed medications to residents while adhering to state guidelines. Deliver personal assistance, oversight, and empathetic support as guided by the nursing team. Applicants are required to possess a valid and current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification. Effective communication abilities and a comprehensive understanding of the aging process are essential.
